Since the introduction of v4, some feedback we've heard is that it's difficult to keep up with what your friends are doing. To address these concerns, we are happy to announce the initial release of our expanded notification options which will allow you to keep up with what's happening on Digg. This update is comprised of two parts: additional email notification options as well as the ability to receive onsite notifications.
Digg is an amazing place to find out what's happening in the world. From the latest videos to trapped miners to midterm elections, it's awesome how news makes its way to Digg.
Fellow Diggers,
I am happy to announce that we've made a few changes to our story list design, including bringing back the bury button.
Among the most Dugg comments of the month is this one, about arguably the biggest recent news story: the monumental FAIL that has been the Gulf of Mexico oil “spill” and subsequent clean-up effort. (Of course, you kinda need to see what the commenter is referring to], but given the subject at hand it’s obviously something wicked crazy, stupid and ridiculous.)
Hey everyone,
In anticipation of their upcoming movie, “She’s Out of My League”, Paramount Pictures has created a "get rated" quiz with Digg integration. Check out the quiz.
Digg's search engine is powerful but takes some time to master.
Hey all -
You may have heard that we recently turned five, and as part of our celebration we're asking you (because you complete us) to give us 10 seconds of your time to tell us what Digg means to you, a favorite Digg moment or why you Digg. That's all - a 10 second YouTube clip in response to Jay's video.
Check out a brief video of Kevin & Blake - founder of TOMS - talking about how we decided to partner on this project:
